Once you finished the order and paid for TunesKit, you will receive the keycode ASAP. Generally speaking, the order confirmation email and keycode email will be sent to your inbox within minutes after your order. But sometimes it will be rejected by your email and shown in the spam. So if you don't receive the keycode in time, you can check the spam email as well. You can also retrieve the license code here by yourself or contact our support team for help: support@tuneskit.com.
TunesKit offers monthly, yearly, or lifetime licenses on the specified platform, which means you can upgrade TunesKit software for free in the future within the period, no matter what changes are made in the update. If you want to switch the license code from Windows to a Mac computer or vice versa, you can contact our support team to do it for free within one week after you make the purchase. Otherwise, you have to buy a new license key for your computer.
2. Refund Policy
TunesKit offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all licenses, based on our 'try-before-you-buy' system. All refund requests will be approved only under the acceptable circumstances below. If an order exceeds the money-back guarantee period, then no refund will be issued.
Unaccepted Circumstances
We generally do not refund or exchange products in the following circumstances:
- Your order has already exceeded 30 days.
- A refund request for no reason.
- A refund request for part of a bundle.
- You changed your mind after placing an order.
- You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from another company.
- A refund request for technical issues, but never provided any assistance to our support team with any detailed description of the problem.

- A refund request for price differences due to different regions and sellers.
- A refund request due to your lack of understanding or misunderstanding of our product functionality and compatibility because you didn't read the product description carefully before purchasing.
- A refund request based on the complaint that your lost data cannot be recovered completely. No software in the market can guarantee 100% recovery of lost or deleted data because such data can be easily overwritten or damaged. We strongly recommend you use the trial version before purchasing.
- A refund request based on the complaint that your iOS device cannot be fixed completely. There are many reasons that may lead to the repair failure of your device especially when it has a hardware issue. In this case, we understand your emotions and decide to refund half of the money to you.
Accepted Circumstances
We'll refund your money as soon as possible if your case meets our Money Back Guarantee guidelines below:
- You purchased the wrong product and then purchased the right product from TunesKit within 30 days. We can refund you for the wrong product.
- You've been double charged due to the system problem of the third-party payment platform.
- The product has fatal technical problems, and our technical support team failed to provide a fix or work-around within one month.
How to Apply for a Refund Request
If your case falls under our refund policy, please submit the refund request to our support team by writing an email to support@tuneskit.com, with the following info in your email.
- Product name that you want to refund;
- The licensed email address that you used to buy the product;
- Your transaction ID or order ID;
- The reason why you want to ask for a refund.
We'll deal with your refund request within 24 hours on the working days. The money will go back to your original account within 3~5 working days after our support team confirms your refund. Once the order is canceled, your license will be deactivated. Please uninstall our software from your computer completely.
3. Free Upgrade
All TunesKit products are free to upgrade. So you can buy one license and enjoy the product within the period. If you intend to use some old version of TunesKit, you have to contact our support team via support@tuneskit.com to request the old version download URL. Whenever you need the latest version of TunesKit, you can download the up-to-date version from the official page: https://www.tuneskit.com/download.html.
